Bitcoin Alpha is an invite-only unconference. No stages, no keynotes, no panels, no press. The agenda is set by the people in the room, and you can propose a session the morning it runs.
Great White, Bull, Boardroom and Orca run in parallel from 10:00 to 18:00. Walk out whenever you want — that's the rule, not a rudeness.
Sessions are proposed on the morning of. If you have something worth an hour of two hundred people's attention, put it up.
Five or ten minutes to frame it, then it's a conversation. Nobody reads slides at anyone.
Eight pitch slots in the Boardroom on Friday. Each one brings something exclusive to the room — terms you can't get anywhere else.
No cameras, no press, no recordings. What's said in the room is said to the room.
